ORDERS

You can order our products on our website at aboutfacedesigns.com, call our toll free number 800-742-1766, email orders to orders@afdgifts.com, or work thru an About Face Designs sales representative.

Our minimum opening order amount is normally $300, but due to the COVID 19 pandemic we have revised it to $200 for the balance of 2020. Our reorder minimum is $100.
We extend Net 30 payment terms with an approved About Face Designs credit application and we accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Paducah, KY.
If product is in stock, we normally ship in 5 to 10 business days.
Depending on your location and the type of product you are purchasing, shipping costs run approx. 8% to 12% of the order amount. We do offer freight cap programs to select areas which are outlined in our policies and procedures.
We ship UPS, FedEx or truck. If no specific shipper is requested, we normally ship UPS.
We have incoming shipments from our factories on an ongoing basis, and normally backordered items will ship within approx. 30 to 60 days.
Yes, unless instructed otherwise we ship back orders over $50.
We do work with international retailers shipping to U.S. based freight forwarders.

We can ship to multiple addresses if each shipment per address meets our minimum order amount ($200 opening and $100 reorder) and each item meets our minimum order quantity per ship to location.
We do not have the capability to drop ship.
We do not allow orders to be picked up at our warehouse.

Cancellations, damages and returns

An order can be canceled any time prior to shipping, and you can include a cancelation date on any order.
Your account will be credited for any damaged, defective or short shipment. A call tag will be issued for any incorrect item shipped and a replacement will be sent. Contact our office at 800.742.1766 or customerservice@afdgifts.com to report any damaged, defective, shortages or incorrect item(s) received.

We allow our customers with brick and mortar stores who have a website or internet retailers with a website and shopping cart to sell our products on their websites. We do not allow the sale of our product on third party websites such as Amazon and eBay.
We do not provide zip code protection but encourage you to work with your local About Face Designs sales representative who can address specific marketplace questions.

Yes, our website is secure and is hosted by our encryted in-house servers.
Yes, if you are an About Face Designs retailer with a brick and mortar store or an online shop, you can use our images on your website and/or social media accounts. Please email Lauren at lbarnes@afdgifts.com to request any About Face Designs high-res product and/or lifestyle imagery.
When signing up for an account on our website as a retailer, you will be asked if you would like to receive our emails or not. You may also fill out the form at the bottom of the page and click subscribe.
